TTC Summer Course for TG Staff Children- April 25-29 2011 -
Dear All TTC Leaders, The main objective of this course is to develop their communication and leadership skills by using Toastmasters techniques. They will have a chance to create their own life maps, practice their table manners, and learn to do voluntary work etc. Moreover, we will provide them with Study Tours to the Flight Kitchen at the airport, and the Cabin Mockup at the Laksi Office. On behalf of the course organizer, I would like to invite you to join this course with them, and to share the benefits of Toastmasters with them. Meeting 514 - March 14 2011VPM TM Sithichok performs the Induction Ceremony for Thai Airways Toastmasters Club's two newest Club Members. President Prarttana presents the Competent Communication and Leadership Manuals to TM Supree and TM Weerawich. TM Weerawich also presented his first Speech Project - introducing himself to the Club in the Ice Breaker Project, and was voted Best Prepared Speech for the Meeting. TM Supree was also very active in this meeting, performing the important duty as Time Keeper. |
 Dear Club officers and All Members,The Intra-Club Table Topic and International Speech Contest is coming up!! If you are looking for challenges, this upcoming contest is one of your choices. The contest calls you to be a better speaker. As a Toastmaster, a speech contest sparks your competitive spirit and your creativity in a way that the routine Toastmasters meeting cannot. Moreover, contests will allow you to receive better feedback from different and bigger group of audience. More importantly, competition gives you the push to do better and try harder. Personally, I've gained a lot of good experiences from joining the Table Topic and International Speech Contest last year. I had a very great opportunity to commit my best effort to get out of my comfort zone and to put more thought into my speech writing, preparation and delivery within deadlines. I'd like to encourage all members to make your decisions and step put of your comfort zone to be one of the contestants in this contest, and every contest that comes along. "The only people who lose are those who do not compete".
